Hospitality Services "Meet-and-Greet"
programs provide VIP service to all of our guests. The
program is designed to eliminate the hassles associated with
travel while impressing each and every guest with a level of
customer service that is second to none.
Our courteous
VIP hosts and/or field staff members meet guests just outside of
the baggage claim area of
Kotoka
International Airport,
with their names
posted on a sign for easy identification.
All of our guests are offered a
cold beverage upon arrival and made to feel welcome to Ghana.
Our staff will
assist with individual luggage handling and gratuity payments to
airport skycaps and vehicle drivers as well as
assist in getting one to their destination or hotel. Baggage
travels with the passenger arrives at the hotel in the same
expeditious manner. Lost bag? No problem, we will track it and
make sure the passenger is informed of its whereabouts. Once
found, our staff will personally deliver the lost bag in the
quickest possible time.
Our greeters
have many years of experience in the travel industry, dress
professionally, and can think on their feet! This means that they
monitor the scheduled flight arrival times to ensure changes are
logged and acted upon. |
